Our prices are per apartment and day or week. They include heating, electricity, WLAN internet, cableTV, bed linen and towels as well as 20% VAT.

The local tax of € 1,70 per day and person is not included but additional.

Dogs are charged with € 5,-- per dog and day or € 25,-- per dog and week.

 

From 3 days on, € 25,-- are calculated for a final cleaning.

Special arrangements for groups of workers or students !!!

 

Payment:

An advance payment of 20% is required (paypal or bank transfer).

The rest is due 4 weeks before start of the journey. For bookings within the 4 weeks, the full price is to be paid immediately.

 

Information about cancellation by the tenant:                  A cancellation has to be communicated in a written form. As far as the apartment cannot be rented otherwise, the renter will require refund due to the following graduation:

until the 35th day before the planned start of the journey 10% of the rental charge

until the 21st day before the planned start of the journey   40 % of the rental charge

until the 11th day before the planned start of the journey   80 % of the rental charge

then 100%.
