​Appartement "St.Veit"

Our apartment is situated in a very central location in St. Veit an der Glan, in an old, historical house that has been carefully revitalized. It is situated on the 1st floor (without elevator!), has appr. 60m² and is suitable and fully equipped with lots of love for detail  for 4 persons at maximum.

 

It consists of a little lobby, a living and dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, a sleeping room and a comfortable bathroom with toilet.

 

Free cable TV and WLAN Internet are to your disposal at any time.

 

The lobby is equipped with a coat rack and a small shoe cabinet.

 

The living and dining area is equipped with a comfortable couch which can also be used as a sleeping couch for two persons. There is also a big flat-screen TV with free cable TV at any time and a dvd-player. An additional bed can be provided if necessary.

A round dining table is easily suitable for 6 persons.

 

The kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerator with freezer section, cooker with baking oven, ceramic glass cooktop and exhaust hood, dishwasher and microwave oven. Furthermore there are enough glasses, tableware and cutlery for at least 6 persons. An electric water boiler and an espresso machine (of course with capsules)  is ready to use.

 

The sleeping room is equipped with a double bed, two capacious cupboards, a shelf for small things and a shoe cabinet. For our little guests a baby cot is available.

 

In the bathroom you will find a corner bathtub and a shower, furthermore it is equipped with a  built-in  washing stand and also a built-in washing machine. Towels and a hair dryer are provided.

 

Our idyllic garden as well as the wellness area may be used too, as desired.

 

Private parking area directly beside the house can be provided at no charge during your stay.
